All the participants should bring their college Identity Card. No entry will be permitted in absence of the college ID card
All the participants should register themselves at least before starting of the fest
Multiple teams from a college for Team events are allowed to participate in a particular event. But in case a team loses an event, the participant will not be allowed to change the team for the same category of event no matter how good the participant be
All the team members for the particular event should be the existing students of the college
One student can participate in maximum 2 categories and in maximum 2 events in each category. In case of clash in the timing of two events, no request for changing the time of any event will be entertained
All the teams should report at the venue timely so that registration process can be completed as per time schedule
Participants of all events should report at the assigned venue at least 30 minutes before start of the respective events
If any participant is found involved in any indisciplinary activities he/she will be debarred from the event immediately
Illegal participation of any player/team in any event will be responsible for disqualification of all teams of the concerned college from all events
Decision of the panel of judges/referees will be final and binding to all
The participation fees include only the fees to participate in any event
No arrangements of stay or food are included in this. The participants have to take care of their food by themselves. Although there will be sufficient eating corners in and around the campus
By participating in the final round of the competition all performers agree to terms allowing the GL Bajaj Group of Institutions competition to use audio and video recording of their final-round performance for archival and promotional purposes.
